Withdrawal Liquidity

Capital supplied to borrowing markets cannot be withdrawn if it is currently borrowed by active loans.

The underlying vault maintains a buffer of idle liquidity, and loans are routinely repaid, but in scenarios of extreme market utilization, withdrawals can be delayed until loans are repaid or liquidated by the underlying protocol mechanics.
