Terms of Use

Last Updated: September 19, 2026 — effective upon publication

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) describe the rules that apply when you access VOVO Money at vovo.money, including VOVO Earn (the “Interface”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Interface, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface. These Terms become effective when they are published. Certain legal rights cannot be waived or limited by contract; nothing in these Terms affects those mandatory rights.

2. What VOVO Money is

VOVO Money provides software that helps users view information and initiate interactions with decentralized, third-party blockchain systems. The current live product is VOVO Earn, which supports USDG on Robinhood Chain and provides access to an existing Morpho vault curated by Steakhouse Financial.

VOVO is an interface, not a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser, custodian, wallet provider, or issuer of USDG. References to Morpho, Steakhouse Financial, USDG, Robinhood Chain, wallets, or other third parties describe technical dependencies and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Interface only if you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms and your use is lawful where you are located. You are responsible for determining and complying with applicable age, geographic, sanctions, tax, and other legal restrictions. Do not use the Interface if applicable law or a restriction binding on you prohibits it.

4. Non-custodial, user-controlled transactions

You connect and control your own wallet. You—not VOVO—authorize transactions through that wallet. VOVO does not possess your private keys or seed phrase, cannot sign transactions for you, and does not custody your VOVO Earn assets. The current Earn flow does not use a VOVO-owned smart contract to control user Earn funds; transactions interact with external protocol infrastructure.

Your wallet prompt is an important authorization boundary. Before signing, verify the network, asset, amount, destination, approvals, and other transaction details. A submitted blockchain transaction may be irreversible. VOVO generally cannot cancel, reverse, or recover it, restore a wallet, or retrieve assets sent to an incorrect address.

5. VOVO Earn and third-party infrastructure

VOVO Earn enables user-authorized interactions with a Morpho / Steakhouse-curated USDG vault on Robinhood Chain. The vault, its smart contracts, curation, markets, or configuration may change. Third-party protocols, token contracts, or networks may pause, restrict, delay, reject, or otherwise affect transactions or withdrawals. VOVO does not control their governance, operation, liquidity, security, or continued availability.

Third-party terms and policies may apply to your wallet and to the protocols, network, RPC services, and connectivity services you use. You are responsible for reviewing them. VOVO is not responsible for a third party merely because the Interface links to or interoperates with it.

6. Rates, balances, and information

Displayed APY is variable, can change at any time, and is not guaranteed. Past or current APY does not guarantee future rates or returns. Balances, earnings, withdrawable amounts, transaction status, and other figures may be estimates or may be delayed, incomplete, or inconsistent with the latest blockchain state. The relevant blockchain and smart contracts are authoritative for onchain transactions and positions.

Digital assets, including stablecoins, can lose value. Use of the word “Earn” does not mean principal or returns are protected, insured, or guaranteed. Please review the Risk Disclosure before transacting.

7. No advice or fiduciary relationship

The Interface and its content are general informational software, not investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and not a recommendation or solicitation to acquire, hold, deposit, or dispose of any asset. VOVO does not assess whether a transaction is suitable for you and does not act as your fiduciary. You should make your own assessment and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

8. Fees and gas

VOVO currently displays no VOVO deposit fee and no VOVO withdrawal fee for the reviewed Earn flow. The reviewed external vault configuration has displayed a 0.00% management fee and a 0.00% performance fee. These are current disclosures, not permanent promises. VOVO will disclose any future VOVO fee in the Interface before it applies to a transaction where reasonably practicable, and external protocol configurations may change independently.

Network gas costs and third-party wallet, protocol, token, or infrastructure charges are separate from VOVO fees. They may apply, fluctuate, or be charged even when a transaction fails. Review the wallet prompt and available protocol information before authorizing a transaction.

9. Your responsibilities

  • Protect your wallet, device, private keys, seed phrase, passwords, and recovery methods.
  • Use the correct network and compatible assets, maintain enough native currency for gas, and confirm all wallet prompts.
  • Independently verify addresses, token contracts, vault information, balances, rates, approvals, and transaction status.
  • Understand the transaction and its risks, keep records you need, and meet your legal and tax obligations.
  • Use trusted devices and wallet software and remain alert to phishing, impersonation, and malicious links.

VOVO will never need your private key or seed phrase. Do not provide either through the Interface, social media, or to anyone claiming to represent VOVO.

10. Prohibited use

You must not use the Interface to violate law or another person’s rights; evade sanctions or access restrictions; commit fraud, theft, money laundering, market manipulation, or other unlawful activity; distribute malware; obtain unauthorized access; interfere with the Interface or its users; misrepresent your identity or authority; or use automated activity in a way that disrupts or imposes an unreasonable load on the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or comply with law, subject to applicable rights.

11. Availability, updates, and third-party changes

The Interface may be unavailable, delayed, modified, suspended, or discontinued, including for maintenance, security, legal, network, or third-party reasons. Features, supported assets, networks, displayed information, and transaction paths may change. We do not promise continuous access, that a transaction will be accepted or confirmed, or that any third-party service will remain available.

12. Intellectual property and open-source software

Subject to third-party and open-source rights, the VOVO Money name, visual identity, original content, and Interface design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Interface for its intended purpose but may not falsely suggest affiliation, remove proprietary notices, or copy or exploit protected VOVO materials without permission or another lawful basis.

The Interface uses open-source and third-party components. Those components remain subject to their respective licenses and notices; these Terms do not override them or claim ownership of third-party protocols, brands, or software.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Interface is provided “as is” and “as available.” VOVO does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate, or that defects will be corrected. VOVO does not warrant third-party wallets, tokens, protocols, smart contracts, APIs, RPC services, blockchains, or other infrastructure, and does not guarantee returns, liquidity, withdrawal availability, transaction execution, or recovery of assets.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VOVO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, opportunity, data, goodwill, digital assets, or expected yield, arising from use of or inability to use the Interface or from third-party systems. This includes losses connected with user error, wallet compromise, malicious approvals, irreversible transactions, token or stablecoin failure, unavailable liquidity, smart-contract failure, inaccurate external data, network disruption, or changes made by third parties.

This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your jurisdiction may give you additional remedies. Nothing here is intended to shift to you a loss that applicable law requires VOVO to bear.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security, or operational changes. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date and will take effect upon publication unless a later date is stated or applicable law requires additional notice. Your continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not, stop using the Interface.

16. Questions

For general questions, contact VOVO Money through the official VOVO Money account on X. Do not post private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials, identity documents, or other sensitive information on X. X is a public third-party platform and is not a dedicated channel for legal notices or privacy-rights requests.
